About Me
Melody was rescued as a kitten. She's quite a shy girl but has improved over the past months even with the little time I've been able to spend with her.

Melody is sister to Alex and Harmony.  She's a special girl and a special cat due to the fact she has balance problems due to CH (cerebellar hypoplasia) which are more severe than Alex but it hasn't stopped her development.

The most likely cause of Melody's problems is her mother having suffered Feline Parvo while pregnant and surviving.  The outbreak of this virus was quite widespread in street cats during December 2015 and the early months of 2016.  It wiped out large numbers of cats, especially kittens, in colonies.  It was found in the major shelters too causing many deaths.

'Wobble' kittens as they are called began to surface in rescue circles and these three will be special adoptions for the right people.  Wobble kittens can apparently climb but not jump.  We haven't seen these do either.  They are quite playful with each other  and have rumbles at night when on the loose.

Alex, Melody and Harmony can be adopted individually or together.
