Above is a photo of Cricket, sister to Sparrow.

Sparrow is a quirky  mischievous little girl who loves attention, adventure, laps (mine) and who gets on well with the other cats.
sparrow was one of thirteen kittens we rescued during the  Christmas Season of 2019/20.
Their stray mums were desexed, vaccinated and returned to the house they had moved in to.

Sparrow's sister, Cricket, was initially sick with Pneumonia. We kept the sisters together and would like to see them stay that way.

During the last two years of Covid, we became recluses
due to our responsibility to the cats we had in care.
Very few people came to visit so the girls didn't get to be socialised to others.

A recent adoption meeting caused Sparrow to panic at seeing new people so it didn't go ahead.

This is totally normal for cats.  They are very wary creatures.
Not many weeks afterwards a visitor to the yard saw Cricket and her sister in the enclosure and spoke to them.  Sparrow was very wary but soon became intrigued and when the visitor came in the house she followed him in, laying down on the scratching post and flirting with him.

For more information on Sparrow and her sister Cricket please contact us to discuss.

We don't adopt to high rise situations unless balconies are netted off.
We prefer a closed in verandah or an enclosure attached to the house if possible for  enrichment purposes.
These girls are extremely deserving of a home of their own.
